The client’s brief was to transform the home into a stylish, modern family space while enhancing the function of each room. The task involved extending the ground floor to create a spacious kitchen/dining area, while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoor space.

Our approach was to strip the house back to its shell and rebuild it with quality materials and attention to detail. The extension was carefully designed to maximise the available space, while the interior was reworked to integrate the timeless, modern design. We worked closely with interior designers to ensure that each bespoke element, from the kitchen to the joinery, was executed to perfection. The rear glazing, with its crittall style, allows for ample natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. The overall goal was to create a bright, modern home that works for family living.
