This 5 bedroom terrace house required a full renovation from the ground up, as well as a rear extension.
The clients came to us to assist them in finding a suitable house that they could not only turn into their perfect family home but one that would also be a sound property investment. After almost a year of searching our clients decided on a lovely although very tired Victorian terrace house in the St Helen’s district of North Kensington. The property is a large 5 bedroom terrace house that required a full renovation from the ground up.
THE APPROACH
Working with an external architect and interior designers for the highest quality design throughout
We assisted the client to appoint Architect OE who produced planning drawings for the infill extension and (due to the property being in an article four conservation area) the roof and window replacement as well. Alongside the architect our client also appointed Turner Pocock to provide a comprehensive interior design package that included all interior styling, bespoke furniture and joinery design, interior detailing and kitchen design.
