Our Design + Build Philosophy
At Kudos Design & Build, we combine design and construction into one seamless process, offering a single point of contact from concept to completion. This approach eliminates delays, reduces costs, and ensures every detail is executed to the highest standards. By integrating trusted specialists and offering optional services like interior design and bespoke joinery, we deliver projects that align perfectly with your vision, budget, and timeline—all while maintaining efficiency and precision.
The Traditional Approach
The client interacts separately with the architect and contractor, who then manage consultants, subcontractors, and specialists independently. This creates multiple points of communication and can lead to delays and misalignment.
The Kudos Approach
The client interacts directly with a single integrated Design + Build team. This team manages all specialists and subcontractors, ensuring streamlined communication, reduced complexity, and aligned goals.

At Kudos Design & Build Ltd, our strength lies in the exceptional individuals who drive our success. Our team is comprised of a carefully curated assembly of Talented architects, experienced builders and dedicated project managers who are passionate about transforming our clients lives through their home renovation.
Directors
Mark England
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. He began his career at Morgan Lovell, a leading specialist in office interior design and fit-out. After gaining experience managing £5m B2B projects Mark transitioned to the residential market advising homeowners, investors, and developers on all aspects of residential building projects before founding Kudos with Mariusz in 2017. Kudos Design & Build Ltd was born from a vision: to provide clients with a design and build service that prioritises exceptional customer service, innovative design, expert project management, and unparalleled European construction standards.
While Mark remains key to the day job running of Kudos, he also advises Kudos’s sister company Kudos Bespoke Joinery Ltd, a market-leading joinery specialist that creates bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and furniture for a wide range of discerning private clients and design professionals.
Mariusz Kaminski
A seasoned professional with a background in European standards of construction, attaining a wealth of knowledge from a young age working in Poland, Germany as well as the UK. Mariusz oversees all aspects of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
Mariusz is also the driving force behind Kudos’s next endeavour “Kudos Property Group” a property development company bringing sustainable homes to the UK and Poland.
He plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of all our building projects, working closely with our Project Managers to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and ultimately exceed client expectations.
Krzysztof Kaminski
As head of our bespoke joinery division, Krzysztof collaborates closely with our designers and clients to bring their visions to life, with a deep respect for traditional European joinery techniques, a team of highly skilled craftsmen under his wing, he ensures that every piece is a unique and exceptional creation.
Under Krisztof’s watchful eye, Kudos Bespoke Joinery Ltd has experienced significant growth over the past five years, expanding its client base and project scope. This success has enabled the company to invest in its future, leading to the planned opening of a fabrication workshop in Poland in 2026, a strategic move to enhance efficiency and further support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Architect
Monica Booker
A real asset to the Kudos team, Monica has a strong background in residential planning and building control stages, working on hundreds of applications across her career. Monica is one of those people whom you can trust will find strategic solutions to resolve challenges throughout the prebuild phases of our projects.
She Graduated U.A.U.I.M | “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism College from Bucharest, Romania in 2004 | , which is recognized by RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architecture) since 1998.
After graduating university, Monica worked for a few years in the movie industry in Romania as an assistant art director and as an art director, which helped her get a unique perspective and develop attention to the smallest detail required to achieve a perfect set. This is where she met her husband before moving to England. Once in the Uk Monica started to work for a well-established architectural practice, where she spent the next ten years honing her skills and gaining a wealth of knowledge from award winning architect Andrew kiffin.
Monica joined the Kudos Design and Build team in 2022 to head up our in-house architectural services.
